When my friend Alina decided to host a pre-Christmas celebration at her charming home, she asked me to lend a hand with decorating and organizing. I was excited to help and wanted to make the evening truly special. I envisioned a beautiful table setting, a carefully curated menu with unique dishes, and a cozy ambiance with the warmth of a crackling fire. The goal was to create an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness so we could fully enjoy the time spent together before the holiday season officially began.
For the table decor, I wanted to add a personal touch that felt both festive and fresh. I chose to incorporate pomegranates, which brought a vibrant pop of red to the table. Their rich color and texture contrasted beautifully with the elegant tablecloth, making them a striking centerpiece. Pomegranates also felt uniquely seasonal, adding a sense of freshness to the decor. To complement this, I used cinnamon sticks and oranges on the table.
